Some of the services offered are:
Swedish massage: Swedish Massage is the most common and best known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm.
Sports massage: A sports massage aims to stretch tight muscles, stimulate inactive muscles and improve soft tissue condition. Sports Massage can enable you to move your body more freely with more flexibility and in time can improve your posture.
Rieki-infused massage: Reiki healing is a hands-on energy healing art. In a reiki healing session, the practitioner places her hands on the client’s body in order to activate healing energy within receptive points of the body. When reiki is combined with massage therapy, the body and mind are healed.
Hot Stone massage: Hot Stone Massage is a form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation. Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace.
Karen also offers Reiki with or without a massage.
